Today as I rush around finishing my shopping and getting the final preperations done for my Christmas Party I ponder why we stress ourselves, spending more money in December then we do the whole year, maxing out our credit cards, driving in traffic, waiting in long lines and for what?  Trying to find that special gift.

To me the best part of the holiday's is the lights twinkling as you drive through the neighborhoods to get home.  The beauiful decorated trees and the most important, spending time with my family and friends.

What could be better than that? Health and happiness beats all the gifts in the world.
